Faisal founded Spire Ventures in 2011 with the backing of UK and international investor groups. He has built and exited multiple platforms across real estate, investment management and technology, bringing capital, a global investor network and 15 years of hands on experience taking property businesses from inception to exit.

In 2015 he founded Pi Labs, Europe's first proptech investment platform. He holds an MBA from Oxford and a degree in Economics and Computer Science from UCLA, and is a recipient of the Estates Gazette Power List and Oxford's Skoll Scholarship.

Veer identifies exceptional founders and the sectors where Spire sees the opportunity to build market leading businesses, bringing the two together. He then works alongside those founders to turn ambition into enduring companies, providing strategic, financial and operational firepower and access to the firm's networks.

A hands on operator, he drives execution across sourcing, due diligence, capital structuring and portfolio performance, and sits on the boards of several Spire backed ventures. He holds a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
