Founded in 2011, Spire has spent more than a decade building and backing specialist real estate operating companies and investment managers.
We support management teams across strategy, business development, operations and financing. Commercial and creative in our approach, we have the flexibility to address situations that other investors typically avoid.

We deploy our own capital, which means we are not constrained by fund life or exit windows. We can back a founder for as long as the opportunity deserves, move decisively when speed matters, and stay patient when patience is what creates value.
