Richard brings 18 years across all real estate asset classes, latterly leading the Residential Capital Markets teams at JLL and Avison Young UK, with an exemplary track record across BTR, Affordable, Later Living and Co-Living. He specialises in transaction structuring, living sector investments, joint ventures and funding.
Pete brings nearly 20 years in UK real estate, focused on residential led development and investment across BTR, Affordable Housing and Later Living. Drawing on senior roles at JLL, Henley Investments and Avison Young, he leads Victus' Affordable Housing consultancy and investment projects.
James co-founded Beaumont Bailey and leads the industry practice. Previously with one of the longest established international executive search firms, he has delivered board and executive appointments for FTSE and Fortune 50 multinationals across developed and emerging markets, and regularly advises on the sector's talent issues.
David founded POD Management in 2017, drawing on c. 15 years in property management. After early years in IT with blue chip firms, he joined the sector in 2002 and held senior roles before launching POD as a tech-first, value-add challenger brand focused on a simple, seamless customer experience.
Ryan co-founded POD Management and serves as COO, specialising in large and complex buildings. Previously Director at FirstPort, he oversaw c. 23,000 homes and a team of nearly 500. He works with developers and investors to optimise design for Build to Rent, including the residential element of Quintain's Wembley Park.
Nick is a Founder Partner of 90 North, with a real estate and fund management career stretching back to the late 1980s. Since 2000 he has worked with Gulf based investors across the Middle East, driving the full asset management process from acquisition to sale. MRICS, with an MBA and a BSc in Estate Management.
Philip is a Founder Partner of 90 North and led its expansion into a global operation. Starting at Citigroup, he has specialised in real estate investment management for over 15 years, with transactions exceeding £2 billion across the UK, US and Europe. Previously Head of Real Estate at Gatehouse Bank.
Fabio is an experienced real estate investor across the capital structure. Most recently he led the build-out of the real estate platform at special situations firm Zetland Capital Partners, having previously spent time in the real estate teams at Sculptor, Carlyle and Deutsche Bank in the UK and Germany.
Terje is a senior investment banker and real estate investor, responsible for the origination and execution of loans with a focus on Nordic borrowers. Most recently he established the debt advisory business at Pangea/Colliers, having previously spent two decades as head of the debt capital teams at SEB, ABG and DNB in Norway.
Richard began his property career in 1999, moving from client-side roles to agency positions at Atisreal, DTZ and Green & Partners. In 2013 he joined Amazon, leading the UK launch of Amazon Locker and its expansion across Europe, before moving into sustainable transport with the Investec-backed EV charging startup that became Osprey Charging. Following landlord consulting at Syzygy, he co-founded Hertford Birch in January 2025.
Ben brings a wealth of delivery and operational experience across EV charging, real estate and energy infrastructure. With leadership roles at Syzygy Consulting, Connected Kerb and Veolia, he has a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects end to end. He is a member of the Energy Institute and is studying an MSc in Energy and Economics.
